The ADHD Primer is an introductory, in-person educational program designed for healthcare practitioners who are new to the assessment, diagnosis, and management of ADHD, or who are looking to build confidence in providing ADHD care. The ADHD Primer is ideal for clinicians involved in managing patients living with ADHD who wish to strengthen their foundational knowledge and clinical skills.
This interactive, case-based course delivered by a multidisciplinary faculty of experienced ADHD clinicians provides a comprehensive, evidence-based introduction to current best practices in ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across the lifespan. Participants will develop a solid clinical foundation of a multi-modal approach to assessment and management through practical guidance, and real-world case discussions.
The day concludes with a reflection and discussion session focused on translating key learning points into everyday clinical care.
