Poster Presenter Information - 2026

CADDRA is holding an in-person Poster Exhibition at ADHD Research Day on November 6 at The Westin, Ottawa.  Posters should be set up between 7-8am on the morning of ADHD Research Day. The full schedule for the day is found here. Registration will open shortly (notification will be sent) and poster presenters are requested to register by August 30th. 


General Instructions for Posters

  • Posters must include title, author(s) and institutional affiliations, background (to build rationale for the study), methods (including participant information, measures used, analytic approach), results (use graphs and tables where appropriate), and discussion of study limitations and clinical and/or theoretical implications. 
  • Financial disclosures and ethical approval information should be included.
  • The dimensions of posters must be in portrait format and may not exceed 48 inches high X 36 inches wide.  There will not be space for landscape format.
  • Screen prints, charts, drawings, photographs, and other graphics, along with text, to illustrate the presentation are encouraged but should be at a high resolution for optimal viewing.
  • Lettering should be simple, bold, and easily legible.
  • NEW: CADDRA requires the use of AI in content creation to be disclosed i.e. beyond the use of AI to brainstorm initial ideas, correct spelling/grammar, reword titles or condense text. E.g. Using AI to develop images and graphics, generating references and citations, summarizing clinical guidelines or research.
  • Poster boards will be on site, along with pins to attach the posters
  • Information about scheduled poster tours will be sent in September.
